The apartment is designed for a maximum of 6 people, has one room with double bed, toilet, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a gallery in which there is a floor bed, the gallery comes with scales (suitable for younger people – max. Height is 180 cm).
The terrace has a beautiful sea view, parking is provided in the yard, wi-fi, LCD, grill. The total area of the apartment is 55 m2 (+ gallery of 25 m2). The apartment is air-conditioned, located in the attic – on the third floor, 50 m from the beach (cross the road to the sandy beach).

Distance to the restaurant is 300 m, supermarket 500 m. Distance from the center of Omis is 3 km. There are many recreational facilities nearby (rafting, zipline, canyoning, diving center, sailing school…). On the beach there are various facilities for rent (pedal boats, speedboats, boats, boats for a day trip to the islands).
The city has a wide range of adrenaline sports such as rafting on the Cetina River, canyoning, excursions to the islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis.
The property is in a very good location. Split is 25 km away, Krka waterfalls are 100 km away from our facility. Trogir and Makarska Riviera are 40 km away. You can visit all of the above while staying with us (within 1 hour by car).
